My food/life philosophy is simple: Keep it real.

Real food. Real talk. Real connections.

My journey into holistic nutrition started after travelling to various countries throughout the world and adopting the cultural diets accompanied every new stamp in my passport. Shifting through these culinary experiences, changed the way I felt both mentally and physically. [ Insert “a-ha” moment here]. Food was no longer about simply fuelling my taste-buds without considering the crippling digestive issues that would soon follow. After getting a taste of a more vibrant life, it’s hard to go back to feeling mediocre. And so began my mission to fuel my body so that I could add little more pep in my step, sleep a little sounder and love the body I’m in without depriving my darling taste-buds their love for delicious food.

As a Holistic Nutritionist, my mission is to support people in living their most vibrant and authentic life by providing 1-on-1 nutritional consultations, workshops, webinars, meal plans, and group programs. During our 1-on-1 sessions, we will discuss your current diet & lifestyle, habits, health concerns and develop solutions that are healthy, sustainable and darn right delicious.
