Today’s episode was so important! I sat down with my dear friend, Adele Tevlin, and we spoke about a new era of leadership — something we are both incredibly passionate about. In particular, we dissected the idea of female leadership and the notion of what it means to be a female leader, both for ourselves as women, but also why the world needs us now more than ever. We also looked at this idea of gender gap and how it is really a symptom of self-efficacy and a lack of confidence, as well as some of the root causes as to why we simply can’t break through the way we want to.
In the next hour, we lay out a blueprint for female leadership. I truly believe that there’s a deficit of leadership systemically in our society and that this is really an opportunity for a new type of leader, a new authenticity, and a new way of doing things. And I believe we all have the capacity to be able to deliver upon this.
So join in on our conversation today as we go really deep into what it means to be a leader as a woman!
