Two years ago, someone asked me what supplements I take to maintain my health, energy, and edge — and they were surprised that I only took four things consistently. For myself and my patients, there are four basics that support — at a foundational level — nearly every system in our bodies. In my quest for the highest quality ingredients and the easiest system for consistently incorporating supplementation to my routine, I formulated and manufactured my own line of foundational supplements. Trusted for myself and my patients, and under the guidance of your own healthcare provider, I’m excited to invite you to check out our foundational product line: Badass Basics. Learn more or order the products yourself by visiting BadassFuel.com!

Tweetables:

“We’re living in an unprecedented time. Not simply because of the pandemic, … but also [because of] the consumer trends and the way that we are uptaking healthcare and … access to wellness. That landscape has … informed the trends … as we move into 2021.” — Meghan Walker

“Anything that we can do in the busiest spaces of life to lower the barrier of entry to more people exercising and moving their bodies, I’m going to vote for.”  Meghan Walker

“When we have a biopsychosocial influence on health we do better and achieve better outcomes when we actually deliver care … in a group setting.”  Meghan Walker

“People are realizing that their government is not going to save them, that their doctor does not have all of the answers, [and] that ultimately, if they want to ensure that they have optimal health, that is going to have to fall on their own shoulders.”  Meghan Walker

“We’re going to have unprecedented access to home coffee options. Not in a manner that’s going to lead to poor health and dehydration but in a manner that is actually going to augment the way we live our health every single day!”  Meghan Walker

“What happens a few times per year doesn’t nearly have the influence on your health as the things that you do every single day, positively or negatively.”   Meghan Walker
