Today’s episode was really quite unique. I was joined by a naturopathic doctor — Dr. Louise Swartswalter — who has expertise in blending the energetics of healing with tangible naturopathic therapies. Dr. Louise is incredibly passionate about helping people optimize their brains. She has developed her own methodology called the B.R.A.I.N. System which aims to remove your roadblocks to success and propel you forward in both your life and your business.
We had a really interesting conversation in this episode all about the opportunity that is sitting at all of our footsteps as evolved, enlightened, awoken humans. As innovators; the ones who are going to be able to help rebuild the world on the other side, we have this huge opportunity right now (both for us as individuals and the world) to heal. Dr. Louise and I talk about the confluence of these two opportunities as well as what we need to do as individuals so that we can better serve as leaders in a world that needs our energy tremendously right now.
This was a really interesting podcast and I cannot wait for you all to tune into the fascinating conversation I had with Dr. Louise Swartswalter!

BADASS FUEL — Fuel for Badass Women
Scientifically Supported Ingredients | Support, Not Replacement | Non-GMO
Two years ago, someone asked me what supplements I take to maintain my health, energy, and edge — and they were surprised that I only took four things consistently. For myself and my patients, there are four basics that support — at a foundational level — nearly every system in our bodies. In my quest for the highest quality ingredients and the easiest system for consistently incorporating supplementation to my routine, I formulated and manufactured my own line of foundational supplements. Trusted for myself and my patients, and under the guidance of your own healthcare provider, I’m excited to invite you to check out our foundational product line: Badass Basics.
