Description:
Last week on the podcast I had the privilege of bringing on one of my closest friends and colleagues, Dr. Erin Wiley. In that episode, we shared that I’m going to be making some really significant transitions in my career which involve me stepping down permanently from private practice and working one-on-one with patients.
Throughout the last year, I’ve really taken the time to gain some perspective on how I want to spend my time and energy moving forward. And the one thing that I have always made a promise about is that no matter what I do with my career, I am more committed to the mission at hand than the model through which I serve that mission.
With that being said, I’m excited to be bringing you a solo episode this week to share all that I’ve learned in this transition and what I will be doing with my time, going forward. And, if you’re an entrepreneur looking to make some significant shifts in your own business or life, I also recommend tuning in to learn more about the process itself and how to go about such a huge, life-changing transition.

BADASS FUEL — Fuel for Badass Women
Scientifically Supported Ingredients | Support, Not Replacement | Non-GMO
Two years ago, someone asked me what supplements I take to maintain my health, energy, and edge — and they were surprised that I only took four things consistently. For myself and my patients, there are four basics that support — at a foundational level — nearly every system in our bodies. In my quest for the highest quality ingredients and the easiest system for consistently incorporating supplementation to my routine, I formulated and manufactured my own line of foundational supplements. Trusted for myself and my patients, and under the guidance of your own healthcare provider, I’m excited to invite you to check out our foundational product line: Badass Basics. “The one thing that I have always made a promise about even way back from the very beginning is that no matter what I did with my career, I was more committed to the mission at hand than the model in which I served that mission.” — Meghan Walker
“It has honestly been one of the greatest honors and privileges of my life working with patients. I am emotional but not regretful about the opportunity to care for all of you the way that you have allowed me to care for you.” — Meghan Walker
“I believe in the power of upstream medicine; of treating the root cause of the problem; of working with an individual to understand where they uniquely require support; and to move beyond a model of medicine that is focused on transactional care.” — Meghan Walker
“I was worried that stepping away from private practice meant that I would lose credibility as a voice in the health space. I’ve since come to believe and know that that’s not going to be the case.” — Meghan Walker
