Instagram has done us all a disservice. Instagram makes it seem like being a CEO or your own boss is the absolute, best, most pink and gold vocation you can possibly pick in life! There are fabulous planners, amazing mugs, incredible t-shirts — all of the things that make it look like it is just the most amazing lifestyle to be a CEO. But, let’s be real; there’s a lot more to it than what you see on the ’gram!

Today on The Entrepology Podcast I am going solo because I want to take you through the top 10 lessons I have learned about what it actually means to be a mindful CEO! There is a truth to running a business, and the truth is: it’s absolutely incredible if you walk into it with your eyes wide open. CALL TO ACTION

This week I want to encourage you all to take a look at the 10 lessons I’ve outlined. Write each down and rate yourself from 1 to 10 and then write where you’d like to be on that scale. Next, write down one step (for each lesson) that you can take to help improve your score, and ideally set some sort of a deadline, whether it be a month or a year. It is incredibly helpful to keep these goals in mind to truly optimize your work and life as a CEO! Good luck out there!
