I’ve been trying to get today’s guest on for a loooong time! Dr. Tyna Moore is a naturopathic doctor, and chiropractor, and success coach for fellow N.D.s looking to amplify their impact in the world. Needless to say, she and I are on a similar mission and are really aligned in how we enjoy helping people. Her expertise, however, when it comes to clinical care, is different than mine. She is an expert in pain management and has an intuitive sense in terms of understanding where pain originates in the body. Very often, what she observes is that pain is an issue with the central nervous system — and in particular, inflammation in the brain. And what was so fascinating about our conversation today was looking at the applicability of that idea as it pertains to those of us who may be suffering from chronic pain issues.
In this episode, we really explore the connection between the mind and the physical manifestations that we have in our body, and some of the really cool, regenerative injection therapies that are available to us as consumers of better health care.
