I don’t know how to describe my next guest, other than to say that she’s a divorce doula. Diana Mikas is someone whom I’ve known for a very long time and have so much admiration and respect for, in regards to her journey and passion for helping women.
Diana experienced divorced after nearly 20 years of marriage, 3 kids, and what she thought was a consistent and predictable path forward. As a Holistic Nutrition Professional, Reiki Master and Wellness Coach, Diana brings her life experience of being in a 20-year marriage with 3 kids and then having to endure a 5-year separation. Her journey through the grief, loss, sense of abandonment and fear have played a significant role in shaping her heart-centred coaching method. She’s helped hundreds of women recover from the trauma, repair their bodies, and reclaim their lives.
