Today’s guest is a Naturopathic doctor who practices here in Ontario. What is so fundamentally unique about what she has built is that her business is founded upon the notion of intention and female empowerment. Dr. Michelle Peris, ND leads her business initiatives and entrepreneurial spirit from intent, her spirit, and what feels right — in a way and with a bravery that I wish more people would look at and embrace. With her, it is not about putting out something perfect, but instead, putting out something meaningful into the world. As a result, she has built a clinic and a tribe of women who follow her — as they should!
Today’s interview was about health and how to create a vision and intention for our business — and the actual exercises we need to go through to make that happen. We take a look at balancing the need to have a vision for where we’re going while maintaining a plan for execution that keeps us grounded and moving forward. We also talked vision boards, health practices, and daily routines. This is a gem for anyone who knows and feels and wants to infuse those elements into their business!

More About Michelle Peris
Dr. Michelle Peris is a Naturopathic Doctor and clinic director of The Poppy Clinic serving women in Oakville and the surrounding areas who are so over feeling sick or staying home with a sick child (again). These women hope there’s a different way to look after their health; they’re ready to stop messing around taking the newest health supplement, starting yet another fad diet, or trying the latest workout craze. They’re ready to try something that works—for their body. Through teaching women of all ages and life stages how to listen to their bodies and tune into the wisdom inside, Dr. Peris helps them create a life that feels good to live, with energy and passion that had been long forgotten. Her clinical focus is on women and children, hormone health, and digestion. As a speaker and creator of the Rebel Tribe, she loves giving and facilitating talks about wellness, mindfulness, and living our best life. When she’s not working through health concerns with her patients, you can find her sipping bulletproof coffee, hanging out with her tribe which includes her super cool husband, playing with her two young kids, or staying up entirely too late with her husband and a few goofy pets.
