Your personal life and at-home habits may be the key to success in your business.
Today’s interview was a real pleasure for me. I had the opportunity to interview someone that I both admire and consider a friend, Lori Kennedy. Lori is a holistic nutritionist by background and has gone on to build an online business where she teaches other practitioners how to scale their impact and their message in the online space.
What’s remarkable to me is not necessarily the business that Lori has built, but the life she has built. Far too often we sit back and envy what other people have, but Lori has gone out and built her life on purpose.
Today’s podcast is all about how to do that for yourself, and how you can give yourself permission to take your life and your purpose to the next level.
[3:12] Lori is a writer and an empowerer of women.
[5:10] As an entrepreneur, you do the hardest work on yourself.
[7:29] How can you own and harness the power of traits that others might see as negative?
[11:26] Societal expectations can hold women back.
[17:00] Think about how you want to feel rather than what you want to do.
[22:25] Delegation can be your secret weapon.
[25:25] People are going to judge you no matter what, so you might as well live the life you want to live.
[27:23] Entrepreneurs need continuous momentum.
[30:44] What is the first step in scaling your wellness business?
[34:31] School is not always conducive to creative and entrepreneurial children.
