Today I sat down with Dr. Stephanie Estima. Dr. Estima is a chiropractor, coach and a builder and curator of superhumans. Our conversation centered around behavioural changes that we can make to alter our neurochemistry, the things that can literally change our brain to turn us into superhumans. We also talked about the differences between men and women, the types of behaviours we can engage in that will make us better partners, improve our morning routines and support us in living a life of gratitude.
